Ingredients

  • 1-2 apples air fry one at a time
  • Coconut oil spray
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 300F.
  • Wash and chop your apples into very thin slices. You can cut out the middle or leave it if you prefer. An apple corer and a mandoline would both be great for this recipe.
  • Spray apple slices with coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. Make sure to get back and front of apple slices.
  • Add to air fryer in an even layer, trying not to overlap the apple slices too much. Air fry for 12 minutes, then flip the apple and fry for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove and put on plate (they will harden as they sit for 1-2 minutes on the counter).
  • Snack on them as you prepare your next apple if you desire. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage – Let the chips cool all the way before storing in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days. A ziplock bag works too. They soften over time no matter what you do, so these are at their absolute best made fresh the day you want them.
