I started this blog back in 2017 as a creative outlet and a way to share my love for healthy food that doesnโt feel like a diet. What began as a side hustle has grown into my full-time job โ and now I help thousands of people every day discover simple, nourishing meals they can make at home without the stress.
Just as the name suggests, Basics with Bails is a blog to help you get back to the basics!
I love to bake, cook, exercise, and document all of the above. I believe the secret to health and happiness starts from within, and isnโt as complicated as everyone thinks!
