Craving a quick and delicious snack? Try these easy Air Fryer Banana Tortilla Roll-Ups, made with ripe bananas, creamy peanut butter, and a touch of honey, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.
Lay your tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter all over it. Drizzle honey over top. You can add cinnamon and chocolate chips too if desired.
Peel your banana and place it at one end of the tortilla. Try to get a straight one; it makes rolling up easier.
Carefully roll the tortilla around the banana. Brush the outside of the tortilla with melted coconut oil.
Cut roll up into 6-8 pieces.
Preheat your TurboBlaze air fryer to 350 degrees F. Place the roll-ups in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 6-8 minutes or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
Take it out, let it cool for a minute (if you can wait that long). Perfect for dipping into extra peanut butter, a high protein yogurt dip or just munching on its own.

Can serve with this cinnamon greek yogurt dip which is 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1-2 tbsp sweetener.
