Ingredients

  • 3 large carrots
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Peel and cut carrots into thin matchsticks or fry-like shapes, keeping them roughly the same size for even cooking.
  • Toss carrots in a bowl with avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese until well coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
  • Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden around the edges.
  • Sprinkle with optional toppings like more parmesan or chili flakes and serve hot with your favorite dip.
