- 3 large carrots
- Avocado oil spray
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
Peel and cut carrots into thin matchsticks or fry-like shapes, keeping them roughly the same size for even cooking.
Toss carrots in a bowl with avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese until well coated.
