Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 15 blueberries
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Optional - cinnamon basil leaves, sweetener, etc.

Instructions

  • Toast a piece of sourdough bread. Once toasted, spread a generous layer of cottage cheese on top. If you're not a fan of the texture of cottage cheese, you can blend it in a small food processor, or using an immersion blender.
  • Sprinkle a good amount of fresh blueberries over the cottage cheese. They’ll get juicy and extra sweet in the air fryer, which is just divine.
  • Pop your toast into the air fryer basket. Set it at 360 degrees F for about 4-6 minutes. You want the toppings to warm up nicely.
  • Once it’s done, drizzle honey over the top and add a sprinkle of cinnamon for that extra kick.

Notes

Can use more of less cottage cheese depending on the size of your sourdough slice.
