Ingredients

  • cup gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 30g
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • cup plain greek yogurt
  • cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • egg whites or cooking spray for the outside of bagels

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free all purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla protein powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Add in the greek yogurt and stir until bagel dough forms.
  • 2. Add raisins to the bagel dough and mix them in. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and shape each piece into a smooth dough ball on a lightly floured work surface.
  • 3. Flatten each ball and add approximately 1 tsp cream cheese. Fold dough over the cream cheese to form back into a ball shape.
  • 4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Add cooking spray, olive oil or egg wash to plain bagels and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • 5. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Add bagels to air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, then flip over and cook for another minute, or until golden brown.
