Air Fryer Jalapeño Cheddar Bagels Recipe

- ⅔ cup gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop PEScience Multi Purpose Protein Powder 30g protein
- salt
- ½ tsp italian seasoning
- ⅔ cup plain unsweetened greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp jalapenos minced
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
1. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free all purpose flour, baking powder, multi-purpose protein powder, salt, and italian seasoning until well combined. Add in the greek yogurt, jalapenos, and 2 tbsp shredded cheese and stir until bagel dough forms.
2. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces and shape each piece into a smooth dough ball on a lightly floured work surface.
3. Roll each ball of dough until it becomes a rope, making it as smooth and even as possible. Pinch the ends together to form a circular shape, creating a bagel shape.
4. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then spray the greek yogurt bagels with non-stick spray or olive oil, top with more cheddar and jalapeños and place bagels in the air fryer to cook for 8 minutes.
5. Flip them over and air fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
