Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs baby golden potatoes halved
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt + black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by washing and halving the baby potatoes. If you’re using larger potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces. Toss the potatoes with melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the potatoes and mix well so that they’re nicely coated.
  • Place the potatoes in a single layer face down in the air fryer basket and pour remaining butter mixture onto the air fryer tray.
  • Cook at 200 degrees F for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes over and air fryer for another 10 minutes. Turn up your air fryer to 400 F and air fryer for another 5-10 minutes. You want them to be golden brown and crispy.
  • Once they’re done, sprinkle a bit more Parmesan on top (because why not?) and garnish with fresh rosemary. Then dig in!
