  • 1 small flour tortilla
  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 6 pepperoni slices
  • salt + black pepper

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F for a few minutes while you prepare the pizza. Then air fry the tortilla crust for 5-7 minutes until it becomes crispy. You can spray the crust with olive oil spray if desired to get the crust extra crispy.
  • Place the crispy flour tortilla on a clean surface or a cutting board. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, ensuring it covers the entire surface. Add your choice of favorite toppings, arranging them evenly on top of the cheese.
