Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

Gluten free oats are combined with protein powder and plant-based milk, then layered with fresh banana and topped with a creamy white chocolate and Greek yogurt ganache. Put together these banana cream pie overnight oats in only 10 minutes, and enjoy in the morning for a quick and delicious breakfast on the go!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup certified gluten free oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ banana sliced
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla protein powder to a bowl or jar. Stir well and refrigerate while you get ganache/toppings ready.
  • Slice up approx 1/2 banana to layer overtop the oats.
  • Microwave white chocolate and mix in with Greek yogurt. Remove oats from refrigerator, layer the top with banana slices, then pour ganache overtop bananas and put back in fridge overnight to set.
  • In the morning, top with more banana slices and grab and go!
