- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tbsp biscoff spread
- 1 biscoff cookie
In a small bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with the vanilla protein powder. Stir it up until the protein powder is completely blended in and the yogurt is smooth. Then add sweetener.
In a separate bowl, melt the biscoff spread.
