- ½ cup certified gluten free oats
- ½ banana can replace with 1/4 cup pumpkin puree if desired
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ scoop chocolate protein powder I used PEScience Chocolate Cupcake flavour (can use code BAILEY at checkout for $$ off all products)
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- chocolate chips
Blend your oats on high to create a fine flour. Then add all remaining oat ingredients except chocolate chips and blend till combined.
Pour into greased oven safe baking dish, add chocolate chips and mix around, then bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
Remove oats from oven and enjoy!
