Buffalo Chicken
- 500 g ground chicken
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce such as Franks Red Hot
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Ranch Slaw
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 grated carrots
- 3 green onion sprigs chopped
- ⅓ cup light ranch dressing
Tacos
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce for drizzling
In a bowl, mix ground chicken with ⅓ cup buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
