Chicken Crust Caesar Salad Pizza
A viral, flourless pizza made with canned chicken pressed into a crispy crust and topped with fresh caesar salad. High protein, low carb, gluten-free, and ready in 35 minutes.

- 1 can canned chicken
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- salt + black pepper
- 1 ½ cups prepared caesar salad
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain canned chicken very well and pat dry. In a large bowl, combine chicken, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Press the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a thin, even circle about ¼ inch thick.
Bake for 28–35 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool for 5 minutes.
While the crust bakes, toss romaine with caesar dressing and Parmesan. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top the cooled crust with dressed salad, extra Parmesan, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Slice and serve immediately.
