Chicken Crust Caesar Salad Pizza

A viral, flourless pizza made with canned chicken pressed into a crispy crust and topped with fresh caesar salad. High protein, low carb, gluten-free, and ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can canned chicken
  • 1 egg
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • salt + black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups prepared caesar salad

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain canned chicken very well and pat dry. In a large bowl, combine chicken, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  • Press the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a thin, even circle about ¼ inch thick.
  • Bake for 28–35 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • While the crust bakes, toss romaine with caesar dressing and Parmesan. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Top the cooled crust with dressed salad, extra Parmesan, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Slice and serve immediately.
