FOR OATS
- ½ cup certified gluten free oats
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
FOR CINNAMON SWIRL
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
FOR ICING
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
In a high speed blender, blend the oats until they turn into a fine flour.
Then add the banana, maple syrup, protein powder, cinnamon, almond milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract in blender and blend on high. Pour into a greased oven safe dish and swirl in the coconut sugar/cinnamon mixture in circles.
Bake at 350F for 22-25 minutes.
Once cooled slightly, top with icing and enjoy!
