Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • coarse sea salt

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor add the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the cottage cheese mixture to a large mixing bowl. Then add the cocoa powder, almond flour, and protein powder. Mix until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Then top with flakey sea salt. Enjoy!
