Ingredients

  • 1 serving breaded chicken
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning powder
  • ¼ cup mozarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt + black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF and cook the breaded chicken according to package directions.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, add the cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Stir until it’s all creamy and cheesy buffalo perfection.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. The cheese should start to melt into the mix.
  • Chop up your crispy breaded chicken and stir it into the bowl.
  • Microwave again for another 30–45 seconds until everything’s hot, melty, and irresistible.
  • Top with green onions and devour immediately. Can eat with celery sticks, red bell peppers, quest tortilla chips, or straight out of the bowl with a spoon.
