- 1 serving breaded chicken
- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- 2-3 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning powder
- ¼ cup mozarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt + black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF and cook the breaded chicken according to package directions.
In a medium-sized bowl, add the cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Stir until it’s all creamy and cheesy buffalo perfection.
Microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. The cheese should start to melt into the mix.
Chop up your crispy breaded chicken and stir it into the bowl.
Microwave again for another 30–45 seconds until everything’s hot, melty, and irresistible.
