Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 1 container Spread Em Cashew Cheese
  • 16 oz smoked salmon cut into bite sized pieces
  • ¼ cup capers
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • Salt + black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the cucumbers into thick, even rounds so they hold up as a base.
  • Add a generous layer of Spread ‘Em Cashew Cheese on each cucumber slice.
  • Place a small folded piece of smoked salmon on top of each bite.
  • Sprinkle with capers and fresh dill for that gourmet touch.
  • Season with salt and pepper and pop them on a platter and watch them disappear!
