- 1 container Spread Em Cashew Cheese
- 16 oz smoked salmon cut into bite sized pieces
- ¼ cup capers
- Handful of fresh dill
- Salt + black pepper
Cut the cucumbers into thick, even rounds so they hold up as a base.
