- 5 jalapeno peppers
- ¾ cup queso dip with cheddar
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. If you like it extra spicy, you can leave a few seeds in.
Spoon a generous amount of queso dip into each jalapeño half. Don’t be shy—make sure they’re nice and full.
Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top of each stuffed jalapeño. Press down gently so they stick to the queso.
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F for a few minutes.
Place the jalapeño poppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with cooking spray or brush with a little olive oil for extra crispiness.
Air fry the poppers for 6-8 minutes, or until the panko is golden brown and the jalapeños are tender. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn.
Let the poppers cool for a minute before serving—they’ll be hot!
Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
