Ingredients

  • 5 jalapeno peppers
  • ¾ cup queso dip with cheddar
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. If you like it extra spicy, you can leave a few seeds in.
  • Spoon a generous amount of queso dip into each jalapeño half. Don’t be shy—make sure they’re nice and full.
  • Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top of each stuffed jalapeño. Press down gently so they stick to the queso.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F for a few minutes.
  • Place the jalapeño poppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with cooking spray or brush with a little olive oil for extra crispiness.
  • Air fry the poppers for 6-8 minutes, or until the panko is golden brown and the jalapeños are tender. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn.
  • Let the poppers cool for a minute before serving—they’ll be hot!
  • Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
