Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F for about 3-5 minutes.
    While the air fryer is preheating, prepare your chicken breasts by patting them dry with paper towels. This helps ensure they cook evenly and develop a nice crispy exterior.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub for the chicken breasts. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with cooking spray and dry rub, making sure to rub it in well on all sides.
