Easy Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken strips
  • ¼ cup franks red hot sauce
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • cup caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, toss chopped chicken tenders and buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese until the lettuce is well coated.
  • Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds so they are easier to fold. Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a layer of the Caesar salad mixture on each. If you like extra crunch, sprinkle a few croutons over the top.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom. If you’re taking these on the go, wrap them in foil to keep everything together.
  • Grill each side of the wrap for 1-2 minutes until warmed and slightly golden brown.
