- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup white or yellow boxed birthday cake mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- sprinkles
Chill bowl inside ice cream maker in freezer for 24 hours.
Pre mix ingredients (excluding sprinkles) with a whisk and add to refrigerator so everything is ready to go.
After 24 hours of chilling your bowl, pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, add sprinkles and continue churning for 1 minute.
Serve and eat immediately. If you prefer "harder" ice cream, rather than soft serve, transfer to a freezer safe container to freeze for 3-4 hours. Store remaining ice cream in the freezer!
