Easy Cake Batter Ice Cream Soft Serve

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup white or yellow boxed birthday cake mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Chill bowl inside ice cream maker in freezer for 24 hours. 
  • Pre mix ingredients (excluding sprinkles) with a whisk and add to refrigerator so everything is ready to go.
  • After 24 hours of chilling your bowl, pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, add sprinkles and continue churning for 1 minute. 
  • Serve and eat immediately. If you prefer "harder" ice cream, rather than soft serve, transfer to a freezer safe container to freeze for 3-4 hours. Store remaining ice cream in the freezer!
