- 1 Millennia Tea Superfood Cube
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ⅓ cup almond milk
- ¼ frozen avocado
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a high powder blender and blend for 1 minute until everything is combined and smooth. You will need to scape down sides of blender.
