Ingredients

  • 2 scoops PEScience Cake Pop protein powder approx 2/3 cup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together the protein powder, almond flour and pinch of salt.
  • In a separate small bowl, heat the almond butter in the microwave until soft and runny. Then mix in the maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract and almond extract.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. If the mixture is too dry (this will depend on your protein powder) you can add a bit more non-dairy milk.
  • Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips and eat by the spoonful, or roll into little bites for later. Enjoy!
