Fluffy Yogurt Recipe (High Protein)

This fluffy yogurt recipe tastes like cheesecake but is secretly packed with protein. Made with Greek yogurt, pudding mix, and dark chocolate chips for a sweet high-protein treat!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ scoop Salted Caramel protein powder I use 1UP Nutrition - use code BAILS at checkout to save 20% on all products
  • 10 g sugar-free cheesecake jello pudding mix can also use vanilla
  • 1 g baking powder
  • 3 g brown sugar monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tbsp melted peanut butter
  • ½ tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, baking powder, and monkfruit sweetener to a bowl.
  • Mix everything together with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips or sprinkle them on top. Can also top with melted peanut butter.
  • Grab a spoon and enjoy immediately. Can also add to the refrigerator for an hour to fluff up.
