Ingredients

  • ½ orange frozen
  • 2 oz aperol
  • ½ cup ice
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 1 oz club soda

Instructions

  • Start by freezing your orange slices or chunks. This is what will give our drink that fantastic frozen texture. If you’re planning ahead, slice up a couple of oranges and pop them in the freezer a few hours before you want to make your drinks.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen orange, Aperol and ice. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into wine glasses or glasses of choice. Slowly add the Prosecco and club soda, gently stirring to combine. Be careful – the Prosecco is fizzy and you don’t want it to overflow.
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh orange or a twist of orange peel for that extra touch of class.
