Frozen Snickers Banana Pops (Vegan & Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Cut ends of bananas off, then cut them in half. Stick popsicle stick in the middle of bananas, then freeze for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Remove from freezer and coat bananas with a layer of peanut butter. Then roll into the chopped peanuts or sprinkle over the top of the peanut butter.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until fully melted.
  • Using a spoon, coat the bananas with melted chocolate to create a chocolate shell. Put back in freezer for 10 minutes for chocolate to solidify and enjoy!
