Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt - can also use flavored greek yogurt and omit the honey
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 wood popsicle sticks
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles - can use toppings of choice such as granola mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, etc

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into each banana piece, making sure it’s secure.
  • In a bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with a bit of honey if you want some extra sweetness. This step is optional but recommended for a sweeter treat.
  • Dip banana into the yogurt, using a spoon to help coat it evenly.
  • Roll the yogurt-coated banana in your choice of toppings. This is the fun part where you can get creative! Try granola for crunch, mini chocolate chips for a treat, or shredded coconut for a tropical twist.
  • Place the banana pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Put the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is fully frozen.
  • Once the banana pops are frozen, they’re ready to enjoy! Store any extras in a freezer-safe container for a quick and healthy snack anytime.
