Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cucumber chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ medium red onion chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • Fresh dill to garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread a thin, even layer of chicken on the back of each tortilla. Press firmly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little avocado oil. Place the tortillas chicken side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  • Flip the tortilla and crisp up the other side for 1-2 minutes.
  • Top with tzatziki, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta, and dill.
  • Fold, bite, and try not to make "happy food dance" noises. Or do. No shame.
