- 1 cup herb and garlic cream cheese
- 1 cup hummus
- ½ pint cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup kalamata olives chopped
- ½ medium cucumber chopped
- ⅓ cup pepperoncini peppers chopped
- ⅓ cup feta cheese crumbled
- Fresh cilantro chopped
- Pita chips to serve
Leave the herb and garlic cream cheese out at room temperature for a bit until it’s soft and spreadable.
Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, chop the Kalamata olives, and slice the pepperoncinis. Set everything aside.
In a serving dish or a shallow bowl, spread the softened herb and garlic cream cheese as the base layer.
