Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 cup jarred jalapeños
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt + black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and grease a round baking dish, 8x8 square pan or casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, blended cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.. Give it a good stir to get everything combined.
  • Toss in those diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, bacon pieces, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture into your baking dish. Top with a bit more mozzarella cheese, bacon bits, panko breadcrumbs and jalapeno pieces. Bake for 28-32 minutes or until it's golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool and serve with tortilla chips, potato chips, or chopped veggies. Enjoy!
