- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese blended
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
- ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 cup jarred jalapeños
- 4 green onions chopped
- 4 slices bacon chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt + black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and grease a round baking dish, 8x8 square pan or casserole dish.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, blended cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.. Give it a good stir to get everything combined.
Toss in those diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, bacon pieces, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well.
Spread the cream cheese mixture into your baking dish. Top with a bit more mozzarella cheese, bacon bits, panko breadcrumbs and jalapeno pieces. Bake for 28-32 minutes or until it's golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool and serve with tortilla chips, potato chips, or chopped veggies. Enjoy!
