Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups prosecco
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp + 2 tsp unflavoured gelatin
  • cup vodka

Instructions

  • Grease a bread loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • To a medium saucepan, add the lemon juice, 1 cup of the prosecco and white sugar. Mix until combined.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin overtop the champagne mixture. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, this will allow the gelatin mixture to bloom.
  • Turn the stove on to low heat for 3-4 minutes, mixing occasionally to dissolve the gelatin.
  • Once fully dissolved, place saucepan in fridge to allow the mixture to completely cool.
  • Stir in the vodka and remaining champagne and pour into the prepared loaf pan. Let set overnight, or at least for 3-4 hours.
  • Once they're set, run a knife along the edge of the pan. Flip the pan upside-down onto a cutting board and cut into 18 squares using a sharp knife.
  • Top with edible gold glitter or gold sprinkles. Enjoy!
