Iced Protein Matcha Latte (Strawberry)

This iced protein matcha latte with strawberries is creamy, refreshing, and packed with protein. A sweet, healthy pick-me-up with less caffeine than coffee!

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Fairlife skim milk
  • ½ scoop strawberry protein powder 15g
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • ½ tsp-1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder depending on how strong you like your matcha
  • 2 ounces hot water

Instructions

  • Muddle the strawberries. Place them at the bottom of your glass and mash gently.
  • Mix the milk base. In a shaker or blender bottle, combine Fairlife milk, strawberry protein powder, and sugar-free vanilla syrup. Shake well.
  • Add ice. Fill the glass with ice over the strawberries.
  • Pour the milk mixture. Slowly pour the milk mixture over the ice and strawberries.
  • Top with matcha. Whisk your matcha powder with water and pour gently over the milk to create a layered effect.
  • Serve. Give it a little stir and enjoy every fruity, creamy, matcha-filled sip.
