Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp pumpkin syrup
- Pumpkin pie spice to finish
Brew two shots of espresso and let them cool briefly.
Shake the protein milk, protein powder, and pumpkin syrup together in a cocktail shaker or mason jar until completely smooth. A handheld frother works too. Do this before the ice goes anywhere near it, because protein powder hitting cold liquid clumps and the syrup needs a moment to disperse.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the pumpkin protein milk over it.
Pour the espresso over the top. It layers, then swirls down through the milk, which is the shot worth filming.
Make the pumpkin cream cold foam by mixing everything with a hand held frother until thick and spoon it over.
Dust with additional pumpkin pie spice.
