The classic Knorr spinach dip everyone hunts for since it left the package. Cold, creamy, and loaded with spinach, water chestnuts, and the yellow packet.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full fat sour cream
  • 2 cups regular mayonnaise
  • 1 300g frozen spinach pack
  • 2-3 big handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 ¾ packs Knorr Vegetable Soup Mixes
  • 1 can water chestnuts 8 oz can, drained and chopped

Instructions

  • Remove frozen spinach from box or package and cut up into smaller pieces. If spinach is frozen you can microwave it to make it easier to chop up.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill in refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers like keto crackers or veggies sticks. Enjoy!
