- 2 cups full fat sour cream
- 2 cups regular mayonnaise
- 1 300g frozen spinach pack
- 2-3 big handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 ¾ packs Knorr Vegetable Soup Mixes
- 1 can water chestnuts 8 oz can, drained and chopped
Remove frozen spinach from box or package and cut up into smaller pieces. If spinach is frozen you can microwave it to make it easier to chop up.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill in refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Serve with your favorite dippers like keto crackers or veggies sticks. Enjoy!
