Servings: 1 pint

- 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- Optional - 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice white sugar, monk fruit, liquid sweetener, etc
Add the raspberries, water, lime juice, and sugar (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container up to the max fill line and snap on the lid.
Place the container in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
Once frozen solid, run the pint container under hot water for 1 minute. Then pop the container into the Ninja Creami, select the Sorbet setting, and let it work its magic.
After the first spin, if the texture isn’t as smooth as you’d like, scrape the sides and hit "Re-spin." You’ll end up with a luscious, velvety sorbet that’s practically begging to be eaten. If it's still not smooth enough, add 1 tbsp water and re-spin again! Enjoy!
