Ninja Creami Raspberry Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • Optional - 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice white sugar, monk fruit, liquid sweetener, etc

Instructions

  • Add the raspberries, water, lime juice, and sugar (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container up to the max fill line and snap on the lid.
  • Place the container in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  • Once frozen solid, run the pint container under hot water for 1 minute. Then pop the container into the Ninja Creami, select the Sorbet setting, and let it work its magic.
  • After the first spin, if the texture isn’t as smooth as you’d like, scrape the sides and hit "Re-spin." You’ll end up with a luscious, velvety sorbet that’s practically begging to be eaten. If it's still not smooth enough, add 1 tbsp water and re-spin again! Enjoy!
