Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup almond flour

  • 3-4 thin Oreo cookies

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor combine cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the cottage cheese mixture to a medium bowl. Then add the almond flour and protein powder. Mix until combined and desired consistency is acheived.
  • Fold in crushed Oreo pieces and enjoy!
