Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan over low heat, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk (about 2/3 cup). Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and mix well. Can also do this step in the microwave if desired.
  • In a parchment-lined square 8x8" pan, spread the chocolate mixture evenly to create the first layer. Allow it to set slightly in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Repeat the process with white chocolate chips and other half of sweetened condensed milk. Stir in peppermint extract for that delightful holiday flavor.
  • Next, spread the entire white chocolate peppermint mixture over the first chocolate fudge layer. Sprinkle festive sprinkles on top for a festive touch.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator and let the fudge set completely. This usually takes about 3-4 hours, or you can leave it overnight for optimal results.
  • Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the layered fudge out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and, with a sharp knife, cut it into squares. Enjoy!
