Ingredients

  • 1 bag nacho cheese Quest chips
  • 100 grams cooked lean ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
  • 30 grams mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 10 pickled jalapeno slices
  • ½ small roma tomato diced
  • ¼ cup salsa for dipping
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt for dipping
  • optional 1/4 diced avocado

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Stir in the taco seasoning with a splash of water and simmer until the mixture thickens and the seasoning is well absorbed.
  • Add the Quest chips to an air fryer–safe dish or foil tray, spreading them into an even single layer.
  • Spoon the seasoned ground beef evenly over the chips.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and pickled jalapeños across the top to ensure every bite has a little of everything.
  • Air fry at 375°F until the cheese is fully melted and the edges of the chips begin to crisp, usually just 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and finish with diced tomatoes and fresh avocado if desired.
  • Serve immediately with plain Greek yogurt (for extra protein) and salsa on the side for dipping.
