Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

  • Optional - chili onion crunch for some spice

Instructions
