Ingredients

  • ½ cup certified gluten-free quick oats
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate pudding
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Blend your oats in high-speed blender to create a fine flour. Then add all remaining dry ingredients and wet ingredients besides chocolate pudding and blend till combined. 
  • Pour half of the batter into a small greased ramekin. Top with chocolate pudding, then add remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 23-27 minutes. 
  • Remove oats from oven enjoy your delicious baked oatmeal! Can also sprinkle with coarse flaky sea salt if desired.
