Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
Add the greek yogurt to the bowl, stirring until a soft dough forms. You can use your hands.
In a separate bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a narrow rectangle. Keep in mind the width of the dough, which you need to fit into your oven-safe ramekin.
Spray the coconut oil spray over the surface of the dough.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough.
Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long edge.
Place in a greased ramekin or oven-safe dish.
Bake the cinnamon roll for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
Allow the cinnamon roll to cool for a few minutes before serving. Can add cream cheese frosting to it if desired.
