Sourdough Discard Crackers (3-Ingredient Recipe)

- 300 g sourdough discard
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- Toppings of choice - I used Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Set your oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the sourdough discard and melted butter. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Use an offset spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it into an even, thin layer. The thinner, the crispier!
Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning generously over the top.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into small cracker sizes. Add back to the oven for another 20-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cracker sheet feels firm.
Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. Pair with your favorite dips, cheeses, or just snack on them as-is. Warning: they’re addictive!
