Sourdough Discard Crackers (3-Ingredient Recipe)

Crispy, buttery sourdough discard crackers made with just 3 ingredients! Perfectly seasoned with everything bagel spice, they’re the ultimate no-waste snack.

Ingredients

  • 300 g sourdough discard
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • Toppings of choice - I used Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sourdough discard and melted butter. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Use an offset spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it into an even, thin layer. The thinner, the crispier!
  • Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning generously over the top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into small cracker sizes. Add back to the oven for another 20-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cracker sheet feels firm.
  • Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. Pair with your favorite dips, cheeses, or just snack on them as-is. Warning: they’re addictive!
