- 3 cup all-purpose flour sifted
- 1 tbsp baking powder (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 can beer 12 oz
- ¼ cup vegan butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium size bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Then add the salt and sugar. Add in beer and combine with a rubber spatula.
Pour into a greased bread loaf pan. Pour melted butter over mixture. This will create the crunchy crust.
Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
