Vegan Crunchwrap Supreme Recipe (Taco Bell Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 1 package Yves Veggie Cuisine Ground Round Mexican or other meat alternative
  • 4 extra large tortilla wraps
  • ¾ cup vegan cheese sauce
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheese of choice

Instructions

  • Using a large skillet, heat the Yves Veggie Cuisine Ground Round over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until warmed.
  • Place the flour tortilla on a flat surface. Add the Ground Round in the middle of the tortilla - about the size of the tostada shell. Then add vegan nacho cheese overtop and spread evenly. Top with tostada shell.
  • Layer on the vegan sour cream evenly. Then top with the diced tomato, shredded lettuce, and vegan shredded cheese.
  • Tightly fold the edges of the large tortilla towards the center, creating pleats as you go.
  • In the same skillet, heat oil. Add crunchy wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown over medium heat. This should take 2-3 minutes. Flip over to the other side and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Continue with additional crunchy wraps and enjoy!
