- 1 package Yves Veggie Cuisine Ground Round Mexican or other meat alternative
- 4 extra large tortilla wraps
- ¾ cup vegan cheese sauce
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup vegan sour cream
- 1 tomato diced
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese of choice
Using a large skillet, heat the Yves Veggie Cuisine Ground Round over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until warmed.
Place the flour tortilla on a flat surface. Add the Ground Round in the middle of the tortilla - about the size of the tostada shell. Then add vegan nacho cheese overtop and spread evenly. Top with tostada shell.
Layer on the vegan sour cream evenly. Then top with the diced tomato, shredded lettuce, and vegan shredded cheese.
Tightly fold the edges of the large tortilla towards the center, creating pleats as you go.
In the same skillet, heat oil. Add crunchy wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown over medium heat. This should take 2-3 minutes. Flip over to the other side and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Continue with additional crunchy wraps and enjoy!
