- 1 tbsp monk fruit brown sugar
- ½ tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 cup 2% protein milk I love Dairyland 18g protein milk but can also use Fairlife or other milk of choice
- 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
- Ice
- Optional - crushed teddy grahams or crushed graham cracker crumb for topping
In a glass, stir the monk fruit brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon into the warm espresso until everything dissolves.
Froth the cold milk with the vanilla syrup until light and foamy, using a frother or a sealed jar.
Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in the espresso base, then slowly add the frothed milk.
Sprinkle crushed teddy grahams and a little cinnamon over the top, give it a stir, and drink.
