Watermelon Protein Gummies
are a sweet, chewy treat packed with protein and bursting with sour watermelon flavor. Made with just three simple ingredients, they’re the perfect guilt-free snack to keep in your fridge.

Ingredients
2
scoops Sour Watermelon Candy Clear Protein from 1UP Nutrition

filtered water

tbsp
gelatin
Optional - 1 tbsp malic acid if you want them super sour
Instructions
In a small saucepan,
add the water and protein powder
. Whisk well until fully dissolved. If using malic acid, stir it in now.
Sprinkle the
gelatin powder evenly over the top and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom
.
Place the
saucepan over low heat
and
stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved
(do not boil).
Pour the mixture into silicone molds (
these are the ones I used
)
or a parchment-lined dish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
, or until set.
Pop out of molds
or cut into bite-sized pieces. Store the sour gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.
