Watermelon Protein Gummies (Sour Recipe)

These Watermelon Protein Gummies are a sweet, chewy treat packed with protein and bursting with sour watermelon flavor. Made with just three simple ingredients, they’re the perfect guilt-free snack to keep in your fridge.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Sour Watermelon Candy Clear Protein from 1UP Nutrition use code BAILS at checkout to save 20% on all products
  • 14 oz filtered water
  • 5 tbsp gelatin
  • Optional - 1 tbsp malic acid if you want them super sour

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, add the water and protein powder. Whisk well until fully dissolved. If using malic acid, stir it in now.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the top and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom.
  • Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil).
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds (these are the ones I used) or a parchment-lined dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  • Pop out of molds or cut into bite-sized pieces. Store the sour gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.
