I’m a Canadian food blogger, content creator, and the face behind Basics With Bails, your go-to spot for easy, high-protein, gluten-free recipes that actually taste good.

I started this blog back in 2017 as a creative outlet and a way to share my love for healthy food that doesn’t feel like a diet. What began as a side hustle has grown into my full-time job — and now I help thousands of people every day discover simple, nourishing meals they can make at home without the stress.

Just as the name suggests, Basics with Bails is a blog to help you get back to the basics!

I love to bake, cook, exercise, and document all of the above. I believe the secret to health and happiness starts from within, and isn’t as complicated as everyone thinks!

This one’s pure nostalgia. My grandma made these every year, and now they’ve become one of the most viral treats on my site. Butterscotch chips, crunchy peanut butter, and those cold marshmallows? It’s an iconic no-bake dessert and a forever favorite.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Ninja Creami

If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with my Ninja Creami. This high-protein chocolate ice cream has the creamiest texture, uses simple ingredients, and hits every single time. It’s a healthy treat that doesn’t taste “healthy” — and that’s the best kind.

This one’s for my protein-loving foodies. The crust is made with ground chicken, eggs, and parmesan, then topped with buffalo sauce, melty cheese, and ranch. It’s spicy, satisfying, gluten-free, and packs over 60 grams of protein per serving — aka the perfect meal prep hero.
