- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14oz
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Start by lining an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some excess paper hanging over the edges. This will make it easier to lift the fudge out later.
In a microwave-safe bowl add the chocolate chips and half the sweetened condensed milk (about 2/3 cup). Melt in 30-second increments, mixing in between each time.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl add the peanut butter and the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Melt in 30-second increments, mixing in between each time.
Add the chocolate layer to the bottom of the prepared pan. Layer the peanut butter layer on top and spread evenly. Using a sharp knife sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, run it through the two layers creating swirls as you go. Can also leave as is if you want clean layers.
Refrigerate for 4 hours minimum.
Cut into 16 square bite-size pieces and enjoy!
