Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14oz
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • Start by lining an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some excess paper hanging over the edges. This will make it easier to lift the fudge out later.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl add the chocolate chips and half the sweetened condensed milk (about 2/3 cup). Melt in 30-second increments, mixing in between each time.
  • In a separate microwave-safe bowl add the peanut butter and the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Melt in 30-second increments, mixing in between each time.
  • Add the chocolate layer to the bottom of the prepared pan. Layer the peanut butter layer on top and spread evenly. Using a sharp knife sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, run it through the two layers creating swirls as you go. Can also leave as is if you want clean layers.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours minimum.
  • Cut into 16 square bite-size pieces and enjoy!
