Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 2 white mushrooms
  • whole tomato
  • 1 chicken sausage
  • 3 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 green onion
  • ½ avocado
  • Salt + black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Red chili flakes

Instructions

  • Start by dicing up your veggies into bite-sized pieces. If you’re using harder vegetables like carrots or broccoli, you might want to give them a quick sauté first to soften them up. Using leftover veggies is also a great option.
  • Take your air fryer tray or dish and line with parchment paper. Then lightly grease it with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil. This helps in preventing the frittata from sticking to the pan.
  • Crack your whole eggs onto the air fryer tray. Then add all your chopped veggies of choice. Finally season your frittata with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red chili flakes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F if it requires preheating. Place the pan in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and the top is golden. The cooking time can vary based on your air fryer model, so it’s a good idea to start checking around the 13-minute mark.
  • Once done, carefully remove the pan from the air fryer and let the frittata cool for 2-3 minutes. This makes it easier to slice and serve.
